C2608M A 3 08 WM5003 3U Fiber Wall Mount Kit The WM5003 3U is a triple width wall mount that can accommodate the following 8 channel fiber optic modules FT85081SSTR FR85081SSTR FT85081SFCR FR85081SFCR single mode and FT85081MSTR FR85081MSTR multimode The kit includes a wall bracket a module sleeve with cover plate hollow wall anchors and Phillips pan head screws with washers The anchors can be used on plaster wallboard and plywood To mount the kit 1 Position the wall bracket in your desired position 2 Drill four holes into the plaster wallboard or plywood 3 Insert the supplied anchors into the holes 4 Secure the wall bracket to the wall using the supplied Phillips pan head screws with washers refer to Figure 1 5 Attach the module ...
