Customer Bulletin Commercial Products Rotaries 16 07 Delayed Deck Engagement Product Groundsmaster 4500 amp 4700 D Affected Units Models 30856 30868 May 7 2008 Serial Numbers 230000101 260000526 230000101 260000279 Situation Equipment operators may report an abnormally long delay in the engagement of the cutting decks on 2003 and newer GM 4500 and 4700 D units This delay can extend engagement of the decks for 30 seconds or more and may be intermittent Normal deck engagement time is approximately 1 5 to 3 seconds The cause for the delay may be an internal malfunction inside the Standard Control Module SCM If the SCM is identified to be the source of the problem a replacement SCM along with a PTO Converter Harness will be required ...Click here to download the manual
